How Msafiri Virtual Assistant works
To get started, interested clients fill out a detailed form providing:
- Their destination(s)
- Travel dates
- Preferences for accommodation, transportation, and activities
- Whether they’ll be traveling solo or with companions
Once we have your details, the Msafiri Space team will conduct extensive research to identify three of the best possible options for flights, hotels, car rentals, or activities that match your preferences.
If you're not satisfied with the presented options, simply communicate the changes or additions you'd like, and we’ll refine the search to better suit your needs.
Our team will keep working until we deliver the perfect recommendations for your trip.
-Once you’ve chosen your preferred options, the Msafiri Space team will move ahead and make all necessary
reservations on your behalf.
-Links, booking confirmations, and contacts will be sent directly to your email.
-If you prefer, Msafiri Space can handle payments for you. In this case, we’ll bundle your selections into a
single package, including a processing fee of 5% of the total invoiced amount.
-Receipts and booking confirmations will be sent to your account for transparency.
To ensure a stress-free travel experience, Msafiri Space will integrate your finalized itinerary with your Google Calendar. This ensures you can stay organized and have all your travel details at your fingertips.
At the end of your trip, we’ll kindly request your feedback on your overall experience.

options, creating itineraries, and handling travel inquiries.
-For frequent travelers, we offer a flat monthly subscription fee that covers all your travel inquiries and
planning needs.
-To determine your monthly rate, kindly fill out the form below to help us assess your travel requirements and
anticipated workload.
-This flat fee is personalized for each client and can be canceled at any time.
-For every successful recommendation or booking inquiry, an invoice will be generated and sent to your
email for payment.
-Upon payment a receipt will be generated and shared to your email.
