Refund Policy

At Msafiri Space Ltd., we are committed to providing excellent service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all our clients. We understand that sometimes, plans change. Our refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while covering the operational costs incurred by cancellations.


1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to support@msafirispace.com
  • Refunds are processed based on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled tour or travel service.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued as per the following guidelines:

  • More than 30 Days before Departure
    Full refund of the total booking cost, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 15 to 30 Days before Departure
    50% refund of the total booking cost.
  • 7 to 14 Days before Departure
    25% refund of the total booking cost.
  • Less than 7 Days before Departure
    No refund will be issued.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Visa processing fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Hotel or accommodation bookings with no-cancellation policies
  • Entrance fees for special attractions or events booked in advance


4. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), Msafiri Space Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, we will offer the following options:

  • Rescheduling the tour for a future date without penalty
  • Credit for future tours with Msafiri Space Ltd.
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus non-recoverable costs.


5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving a valid cancellation notice.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.


6. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change your booking (e.g., change of date, destination, or participants):

  • Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before departure.
  • An administrative fee may apply for changes.


7. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be given for no-shows or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
